Transformer les phrases suivantes au style indirect :
1. « You should be careful with this machine », Johnny said to Monica. (« Tu devrais faire attention avec cette machine », a dit Johnny à Monica.)
2. « Barry is a very good friend of mine », she says. (« Barry est un très bon ami (à moi) », dit-elle.)
3. « Will you be nice and give me the book you received yesterday? », he asked her. (« Seras-tu gentil et me donneras le livre que tu as reçu hier ?, lui demanda-t-il.)
4. « Orson, get out of here! », she shouted to him. (« Orson, sors d’ici ! », lui hurla-t-elle.)
5. « Tomorrow will be a better day », she said to herself. (« Demain sera un jour meilleur », se dit-elle.)
